Terms of Use

Please take a moment to carefully read the following terms of use. They apply to every user of the REISSWOLF Corporate Identity Hub (hereinafter referred to as “REISSWOLF CI Hub”). By using the REISSWOLF CI Hub platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions. REISSWOLF International GmbH reserves the right to change, delete or supplement these conditions at any time and without prior notice. By accessing and using this REISSWOLF CI Hub platform, you agree to these changes. Your access and use of the platform is subject to the current version of the terms of use published by the REISSWOLF CI Hub as applicable at the time of use. Please be sure to regularly check the “Terms of Use”, which you can view at cihub.reisswolf.com.


1. Scope of application
(1) Use of contents in the REISSWOLF CI Hub is subject to the following terms of use.
(2) By logging into the REISSWOLF CI Hub, you expressly agree to these conditions and automatically confirm that you have read and understood the terms of use.
 

2. Operator of the REISSWOLF CI Hub
The purpose of the REISSWOLF CI Hub is to systematically provide backgrounds, components and tools for working with the REISSWOLF brand. The established guidelines for branding, brand communication and design are provided to all REISSWOLF employees, REISSWOLF franchise and business partners & agencies of

so they can be used as required.

3. Login
The REISSWOLF CI Hub can be accessed with any end device at any time via the website cihub.reisswolf.com. It is advisable to use the Google Chrome browser to ensure that all functions work optimally. There is no requirement to download an app. Access with read authorization and with limited download authorization is granted to non-personalized accounts. There are different general users. All users who have read authorization and limited download authorization can log into cihub.reisswolf.com with a generic password. These users can generally view the applicable guidelines for branding, brand communication and design. Access to the entire download area is granted to personalized users with individual passwords.

4. Rights and obligations of users
(1) Access to and use of the REISSWOLF CI Hub is granted under the condition that the respective users comply with the terms of use, any licensing agreements with image agencies and photographers and with the statutory provisions.
(2) REISSWOLF International GmbH is entitled to delete content from the REISSWOLF CI Hub at any time.

5. Use
The REISSWOLF CI Hub may only be used for company purposes. It is not permitted to use its contents for topics that are unrelated to the REISSWOLF company.

6. Performance obligations of REISSWOLF International GmbH
REISSWOLF International GmbH grants users the right to utilize the REISSWOLF CI Hub for corporate purposes within the scope of these terms of use. This includes viewing the applicable guidelines for branding, brand communication and design. For certain users, it also includes the download of files. REISSWOLF International GmbH will make every reasonable effort to keep the REISSWOLF CI Hub available. REISSWOLF International GmbH does not assume any further performance obligations. In particular, users are not entitled to the constant availability of the REISSWOLF CI Hub.

7. REISSWOLF International GmbH does not grant any rights.
REISSWOLF International GmbH is not liable for damages caused by users who have not complied with the obligations related to their use of the REISSWOLF CI Hub.

8. Deletion of contents in the REISSWOLF CI Hub
REISSWOLF International GmbH reserves the right to delete contents in the REISSWOLF CI Hub without stating reasons.

9. Termination
Access to the REISSWOLF CI Hub can be terminated at any time. REISSWOLF International GmbH reserves the right to prohibit further use of the REISSWOLF CI Hub or new registrations.

10. Database rights 
The entirety of the images and media available in the REISSWOLF CI Hub represents a copyright-protected database. Copying or editing the structure of this database or its files in whole or in part is prohibited without approval from REISSWOLF International GmbH.

11. Final provisions
(1) If individual terms of this agreement should be or become ineffective or non-executable in whole or in part, this does not affect the validity of the remaining terms. To replace the ineffective or non-executable term, the parties will agree on a valid and executable term that takes the economic interest of both parties into account.
(2) The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in relation to this contract is Hamburg.
(3) German law applies exclusively, with the exclusion of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
