Purpose and legal basis
As a central website, the REISSWOLF CI Hub simplifies marketing processes, stores logos, photos and other files, and makes them available to REISSWOLF employees, REISSWOLF franchise and cooperation partners & agencies according to their specific needs.
REISSWOLF has a legitimate interest in the systematic management of image and media files within the meaning of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and in compliance with the German Copyright Act (UrhG) and the associated licensing requirements. Your data are processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Description and scope of data processing
For access to the website, the user's name, password and area of responsibility are processed. Users are created in the system by the RW I Marketing department once an appropriate application is received and approved.
Recipient
We use technical service providers to operate and maintain the REISSWOLF CI Hub, who act as our processors. Personal data are not transferred to third countries.
Duration of storage
The data are deleted after the user leaves the company and/or the authorization for use is withdrawn. Users who have not been active in the REISSWOLF CI Hub for at least six months will be blocked and deleted after one year of inactivity.
Objection
The user has the option to object to the processing of their personal data at any time. An informal notification by e-mail to datenschutzbeauftragter@reisswolf.com is sufficient for this purpose. This means that no further use of the REISSWOLF CI Hub is possible.
Processing activity Provision of the website and creation of log files
Purpose and legal basis
Each time our website is accessed, our system automatically collects data from the system of the accessing device and stores them in log files. The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's device.

The collection of data for providing the website and storing data in log files is absolutely necessary for the operation of the website. Consequently, the user has no option to object.
Recipient
We use the external web service Cookiebot from Cybot A/S (www.cookiebot.com/de) to inform you about the cookies used on our website and to obtain your consent to the use of cookies.
